DELIVERY
- Same day delivery for orders placed before 11am
- Delivery is usually between 9 am to 5 pm. During peak times delivery may be after 5pm.
- Saturday delivery – please order on Friday afternoon or before 10am on Saturday.
- If the residential delivery address is unattended the driver will leave a card for the recipient to call to arrange a mutually suitable time for deliver, unless specific instructions to leave the gift at the unattended address are received with the order. No responsibility is accepted if the gift is left at an unattended address.
- Gifts containing perishable goods or alcohol will not be left at an unattended address under any circumstances.
- We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
- If you provide an incorrect address you will be charged an additional delivery charge.
- Hampers can be presented in a gift basket or a gift box on request.
- Business addresses – deliveries can only be made to businesses that have a reception point that is manned during business hours. For businesses that do not have a manned reception point, please phone or email us so that we can contact the recipient to arrange a mutually suitable delivery time. Same day delivery may not apply in this instance.
- Same day delivery is not available for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Easter or Valentine's Day. Cut-off dates for these occasions will be advertised on this site well in advance.
OTHER
- If any of the products contained in the gift do not reach the recipient in good condition we will happily replace or refund the value of the product.
- If, for any reason, a particular item is not available we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. We will advise you before despatching the gift if this occurs.
- Minimum order is $30.
- If you prefer not to pay by credit card using PayPal, please contact us for alternative methods of payment. Same day delivery may not be available in these circumstances.
